Profiloplasty is facial profile surgery that combines two or more procedures, most often nose and chin surgery, in one planned operation. The plan starts from measurements of your whole side profile.
A common guide is the E-line, drawn from nose tip to chin tip. In the classic measure, the lower lip sits about 2 mm and the upper lip about 4 mm behind it, with normal ethnic variation.
